Welcome! Our organization is open to all quilters. Our members come from surrounding states as well as Virginia.
The Virginia Consortium of Quilters is a state-wide organization of quilters which meets three to four times a year in various parts of the state. We have national teachers/lectures, classes lunch, merchants mall, and a short business meeting. Every other year we have a 4-day Celebration of Quilting with classes and good fun.

Each day-long meeting is held in a different area of the state, hosted by a local quilt guild.  We begin with your choice of either a 5-hour or 3-hour class, followed by a box lunch, short business meeting, and, of course, Show & Tell. If classes are 3 hours, there is also a speaker in the afternoon.  Vendors are usually available for your shopping pleasure.

Members have a choice of 6-10 classes for each meeting. Teachers may provide precut kits to maximize the sewing/learning time in class. For those who want to work on their own projects and attend  lunch and Show and Tell, Come Stitch With Me is always available.
